The Kennedy Farms Text Alerts program is operated by Kennedy Farms Equestrian Center ("Kennedy Farms," "we," "us"), the riding school located in Chesterfield, Missouri that operates the kennedyfarms.com website. Text messages are sent on Kennedy Farms' behalf by Impulsion Systems, Inc., Kennedy Farms' scheduling software platform, acting solely as our service provider.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile telephone number and opt in, Kennedy Farms may send you recurring automated SMS text messages relating to your lesson reminders, scheduling, appointments, onboarding, and account. To deliver these messages we collect and process your mobile telephone number, your opt-in status, and message-delivery records; we use this information solely to send and manage the text messages you requested. Message frequency varies (for example, up to approximately 6 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP or by emailing kennedyfarms@kennedyfarms.com. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your mobile telephone number or your SMS opt-in data, and we do not share that information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
