The Kennedy Farms Text Alerts program is operated by Kennedy Farms Equestrian Center
("Kennedy Farms," "we," "us"). By opting in on our web form, you agree to these program terms.
Program Description
Kennedy Farms Text Alerts sends recurring automated text messages with lesson reminders, scheduling
confirmations, and account updates to riders and families who have opted in. Opt-in happens only via
our web opt-in form - no keyword, IVR, paper, or point-of-sale opt-in is used.
Program Terms
- Message frequency: up to 6 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will confirm your
opt-out and send no further messages.
- Help: reply HELP for help at any time, or email

- Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Declining or cancelling text messages never
blocks booking, lessons, boarding, or any transaction with Kennedy Farms.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or
